NEU Distance Education: Working on Global Standards

Bro. Gabby G. Malonzo, Director of Distance Education with Sis. Noreen & Tennie during initial talks on November 28, 2014

As part of NEU-VEM global expansion projects to expand its academic network support, the department is now currently collaborating with various Church members around the world with expertise in their respective fields.

Initial talks had begun from our U.S. personnel affiliates in New York, NY, through Sis. Noreen Mae Sumague and Sis. Tennie Sumague. Invitations were also sent to Sis. Stephanie Canete (Georgia), Crystal Andrea Gabatino (Illinois) and Jennifer Marie Orcino (Hong Kong).

Previously, some Professional brethren have agreed to be a part of the Distance Education honorary academic professorial support. They are: Dr. Arleen Satele (California), Dr. Teresita Ruiz (New York), and Dr. Elizabeth Amurao (Philippines).

The project collaboration includes curriculum and instructions empowerment to fully meet the global standards of Distance Education as part of its 6-year development plan (2015-2020).
